I am Joen Soltes, a mechanical engineer, a Filipino trainee send by my company ALBERT METAL CRAFT INC. through the sending organization of AK SKILLS TRAINING. I am assigned at the assembling section of manufacturing department. Several knowledge and skills will be learned and gained in joining the assembling section like painting, welding, machining works and of course assembling the automatic machine. |

| I feel interested and feeling great challenge to me to face these new learning and experience from KYOWA MACHINERY. KYOWA MACHINERY is a good company to work for. As trainee doing my best during working is the one I can give to them, when failure comes don’t give up. Hi! I am Paul Anthony Francisco, 26 years old, from Philippines. I graduate from the university of the East, Caloocan city, Philippines with a Bachelor degree in electrical engineering. I am working here at KYOWA MACHINERY as a trainee in assembling and manufacturing of the machine. This kind of work is very interesting and enjoyable for me because I learn a lot and discover a new things in assembling the machine, also I can develop my skill through this kind of training course. |

| I can feel fulfillment in my life every time I can finished and do the job because for me this kind of job is not easy, you need to think a lot and have the ability and skill to perform the job right. Before, I am wondering if I can do this kind of job, but right now I have a self confident that I can make a difference and performed the job more efficiently. |
